- No charge during the trial period.
- Cancel anytime during the trial — no charge will be made.
- The card on file is charged on day 15 unless you cancel.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
- Available for the first paid month after your trial.
- Full refund if requested within 30 days of the first paid charge.
- Email billing@rubicontrading.io with your account email and order reference.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
3. Beyond 30 days
- Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.
- You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- Pro-rated refunds may apply to annual plans where offered.
4. Cancellation
- Cancel from your account dashboard, or email billing@rubicontrading.io.
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Special circumstances
- Fraud or unauthorized charges: immediate refund and investigation.
- Service outage greater than 7 days: pro-rated refund.
