Yes — every tier includes a 21-day free trial. No card is charged until the trial ends.
What's the difference between Solo, Pro, and Elite?+
Solo is for an individual workflow with one broker account. Pro adds multi-account management and methodology overrides. Elite adds custom methodology phases, API access, and direct support.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?+
Yes — change tiers anytime from your account dashboard. Pro-rating is handled by the payment processor.
How does the refund policy work?+
30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month after the trial. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Are there annual billing discounts?+
Annual plans may be offered in the future. At launch, billing is monthly.
Which payment processor will I be charged through?+
We use Stripe for US customers and Paddle for international customers so taxes are handled correctly in your jurisdiction. The system selects the right processor automatically based on your billing address — there is nothing for you to choose. Pricing is identical either way.
Do you charge VAT / GST / international sales tax?+
Yes, where required. For international customers, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and collects, files, and remits VAT, GST, and other local taxes on our behalf. For US customers, Stripe Tax calculates and collects state sales tax where applicable.
